Mr Auckland took up his first teaching post in 2004 as a Key Stage 2 teacher and PE coordinator. He then spent ten years in two different primary schools as a class teacher, while also working to coordinate and develop both curricular and extra-curricular sport as part of the Leicestershire Schools Sports Partnership. He joined Pitsford Juniors as J3 class teacher in 2014.
